Body Piercing Aftercare
1. Bathe the piercing twice daily with saline
on a cotton bud . bathe all round the piercing to
remove any build up of matter that has formed ,
this is normal as they weep a milky looking fluid
while healing .they also look a little red at the site
holes. a combination of saline and piercing
lotion can be used .
2 . Saline morning ,evening piercing lotion .
3. Do not move jewellery prior to cleaning and only
move a little after cleaning ,do not touch with
unwashed hands .
4. Normal healing time for most piercings is between
6 and 12 weeks ,can be even up to 20 weeks .
Do's and Don'ts while healing
1. No tight belts .
2. do not knock about .
3. No tight clothes.
4. No turning piercing in bath or shower .
5. Only use lotions thats been recommended
by your piercer .
6. Only change jewellery when completely healed,
consult piercer if unsure .
7. Use only quality jewellery in your piercing .
8. any problems or unsure contact your piercer
that did your piercing .
